Introduction:
A new law – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – came into effect on Friday 25th May 2018. This affects the way that organisations, such as BABAO, keep information about their members. As a result, BABAO have put together a number of documents that explains what information we hold about you, why we hold it, how we protect it for you, and how you can have your information removed from our files, if you so wish.
Following the end of the Brexit Transition Period in January 2021, BABAO documentation has been updated.
